At ZYVORA LLC, we are committed to providing professional event planning, event coordination, venue sourcing, and catering management services. Because our services involve time, planning, vendor coordination, reservations, and administrative work, refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Service-Based Business Policy
ZYVORA LLC primarily provides professional services rather than physical products. As a result, traditional product returns do not apply.
Once planning, consultation, coordination, research, vendor communication, scheduling, or other service-related work has begun, portions of fees may become non-refundable.
Deposits
To secure an event date, consultation, planning package, or service reservation, clients may be required to pay a deposit.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits are used to reserve service availability and initiate planning activities.
- Deposits compensate for administrative and scheduling commitments made on behalf of the client.
Client Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to:
Refund eligibility may vary based on the timing of cancellation and the amount of work completed.
More Than 30 Days Before Event
If cancellation occurs more than 30 calendar days before the scheduled event date:
- Service payments not yet applied toward planning activities may be eligible for partial refund.
- Deposits remain non-refundable.
- Administrative fees may be deducted.
Between 15 and 30 Days Before Event
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 30 calendar days before the event:
- Partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of ZYVORA LLC.
- Planning fees, vendor coordination fees, and expenses already incurred are non-refundable.
Less Than 15 Days Before Event
If cancellation occurs less than 15 calendar days before the event:
- Payments are generally non-refundable.
- Significant planning work, vendor commitments, and scheduling obligations are typically already in place.
Vendor and Third-Party Costs
Certain services may involve third-party vendors, venues, caterers, entertainers, decorators, photographers, transportation providers, or other service partners.
Any amounts already paid to third parties on behalf of the client may be subject to the refund policies of those vendors.
ZYVORA LLC cannot guarantee refunds for:
- Venue reservations
- Catering commitments
- Entertainment bookings
- Vendor contracts
- Travel expenses
- Permit fees
- Equipment rentals
Event Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule an event rather than cancel it.
Rescheduling requests are subject to:
- Availability
- Vendor commitments
- Existing contractual obligations
Additional fees may apply when rescheduling requires substantial modifications to previously completed planning work.
Approval of rescheduling requests is not guaranteed.
Consultation Services
Consultation services that have already been provided are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Event planning consultations
- Strategy sessions
- Venue research
- Planning recommendations
- Vendor sourcing activities
Once a consultation has been completed, the service is considered fulfilled.
Failure to Attend
If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation, meeting, site visit, or event without prior notice:
- No refund will be issued for missed appointments.
- Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
Company-Initiated Cancellation
If ZYVORA LLC is unable to provide contracted services due to circumstances within our control, clients may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid for services not yet rendered.
Refund amounts will be determined based on:
- Services completed
- Planning work performed
- Expenses incurred
- Vendor commitments already made
Force Majeure Events
No refunds shall be required for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or service limitations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather conditions
- Public health emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Venue closures
- Labor disputes
- Utility failures
- Transportation disruptions
In such situations, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule services where possible.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact ZYVORA LLC directly to resolve concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Submitting a chargeback for services already performed, consultations already provided, or planning work already completed may be considered a violation of this policy and supporting documentation may be provided to the payment processor.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on:
- Financial institutions
- Payment processors
- Banking systems
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Changes to This Policy
ZYVORA LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any revisions become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
